I’m a UX researcher, service designer and strategist who is passionate about deeply understanding people. I achieve this through a variety of ways: conducting multi-modal research studies, visualizing insights through journey maps, service blueprints & personas and by prototyping behavioral + product interventions.
In my work I often draw from disparate fields like behavioral psychology, user research, marketing, mindfulness, ethnography and design.
Currently, I am working with the largest integrated healthcare system in the US to design more inclusive, engaged and equitable clinical research studies. I am currently open to additional freelance projects on an ad hoc basis.
